How do I insert a hyperlink in survey designer?

did you try using

&lt; for < and &gt; for > ? just to escape those characters?

Hi it still doesn't work. it ends up showing the full text (html tags and URL).

The answer is to add the details field and use that to add any hyperlinks. adding hyperlinks in survey designer is not supported.

I am looking into the same thing, so you used a String text field and added the url into the details field within its properties?
