Inserting a link into a survey

How do I insert a link in survey? I have a link that I want to provide to the survey respondents for reference. In the Survey Designer Configuration tab, there is an option for <Code>, however when I use it, it is not turning the URL text into a link. What am I doing wrong? Or is there another way to insert a hyperlink into a survey?

Hello PatP,

 

Open that Survey from backend "View Survey" option through application navigator now go to Introduction & End Notes Section and in that go to Introduction Translated HTML field type and click on <>(source code) symbol in that just add this code 

"<p><a href="https://cricket.yahoo.net/news/south-africa-vs-sri-lanka-072437485" rel="nofollow"> here.</a></p>"
