How do I insert a hyperlink in survey designer?

I tried using HTML tags found here: HTML a tag but that did not seem to work.

The answer is to add the details field and use that to add any hyperlinks. adding hyperlinks in survey designer is not supported.

You need to add the details field onto the form. That allows hyperlinks.
