How do you propose standard change template from Service Operations Workspace?

In Service Operations Workspace we are not seeing an option to propose a standard change from a normal change nor do we see a way to create or modify a standard change template.   Does that functionality exist in Service Operations Workspace (SOW)?

Hi @Deb R !

I am trying to doing the same thing.

The only thing that I could do for now is add the UI Action already created in Classic View into Service Operation Workspace View.

The thing is add these options and will be visible into the Change Request in SOW

If you see my script is empty because it's not working so I am trying to figure it out how it should be.

After check in "Workspace Form Menu" and "Format for Configurable Workspace" you will be able to see the UI Action in SOW

Please let me know if you find a way to make it work

Nice question, I like the first answer, very helpful. The second part - managing standard change templates (create from scratch, modify existing etc) are service catalog items. If you navigate to creating a new SCT (bottom of the page when creating new standard change in classic), the url contains. nav/ui/classic/params/target/com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do
