Hello
I am trying to create a report, which gives the count of all the closed incidents for which the difference between the opened time and closed time is 30 minutes and incident was closed last month. But I am not able to find any direct filter to apply for this condition.
Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance.

this information is stored in incident metric, use that and then apply in report
display the time taken to resolve an incident ,
