How does your help desk user ServiceNow?

 We are just starting with ServiceNow

We have several Help desks that  take calls from internal users.   

The calls could be fulfilled by the help desk  or 

It might be an incident routed to another team  or

It could be a request routed to anther team

The help desk want just want place to do their work and not have to jump around in service now

 

So wonder what other companies are doing?

are you using CSM or something else

Atul: SO if I understood correctly, you want where the SD can go and check the work on their name, if yes

are you using CSM or something else

ATul: CSM is used when you are serving to external customer ( B2B or B2C)
