How to add KPI in agent workspace

I have activated analytics center in agent workspace.

I just want to know, how can I achieve this one?

HI Sri,

Those are your normal Performance Analytics Indicators, If you create a PA indicators and give everyone access, Then the "Your KPI" section will show up the all indicators you have access to.

I have seen some OOTB PA indicators which are having access to everyone.

But still i couldn't see on my analytics center

benchmark indicators are not visible in workspace,

Try creating a new PA indicator and publish it, and check it. Also grant pa_viewer if you are impersonating.
