How to change catalog item layout?

Hi all,

Recently I upgraded instance from Rome to Tokyo version. 

When I compare the each version, the position of "Indicates required" at catalog item has changed like below image.

In Rome version "Indicates required" locate above the title but in Tokyo version it locate below the title.

Is there any way to fix this?

I think "Indicates required" is not catalog variables, so I can't change this layout by using containers.
