On a catalog item, some variable values are not populating on the page but the values are getting passed through and workflow actions working.

On a catalog item, variable values are getting passed through and the subsequent workflow actions are also working fine. However for some of the variables the value is not populating in the single-line text fields or not staying there if yes is selected out of a yes/no variable question ? Please advise how to get this kind of concern rectified ?

You need to provide more detail for us to help.  I'd probably start by looking at and describing your Client Scripts and/or UI Policies.

Lack of details... indeed.

Keep an eye on the 'Clear Variable Value' option on UI Policies... applied on the RITM and Catalog Tasks... It is most of the time the issue...

 

If not... Indeed, need more details...
