How to enroll for ServiceNow Micro-Certification–Business Continuity Management

Hey All,

I have completed all sections of GRC: Business Continuity Management Implementer. In the end, it has a section for Micro-Certification–BusinessContinuity Management. However, I am unable to see my Micro certificate.

What is missing here?

Accept my thanks for your response. I have completed my simulator and all tasks got validated 100%. Here is the screenshot.

Still, I am not able to see my BCM Micro Certificate.

Hi @abhisheks1 ,

As far as I can see on 143106 you have completed the simulator. If you then go to your achievements, then you can't see that you have obtained the micro certification?
