How to get Catalog item's short description on the Service Portal Page

I've got a requirement to get Catalog's short description on the Service Portal Request Summary Page.

sharing the working logic here

Modified the widget, highlighted the changes I did

Then Ctrl + Right Click and click Page in Designer

Then search your widget and replace it with the OOTB one

Output

RITM Catalog Item Short Description:

It shows now on summary page
