Hi,

You can see on this table "sys_ux_my_list" the lists created (you can find who created it) and it has columns called "Shared Groups" & "Shared Users" which will tell you who is it share with.
Unfortunately I couldnt find any data point to say who shared it.

An administrator cancheck the UX List Category table or view the list’s Applicability/Audience settings.
