Go to request for computer catalog item (in maintain items) -> open computer type variable -> scroll down there will be choices given -> open particular choice that you want to edit

Best practice is to Go to Catalog Builder > Search your Catalog Item(Request for Computer) under catalog items tab and Open your catalog > go to questions and edit your variable choices. > Save
