AI search only works partially in the Employee Center portal

When I search something in the Employee center portal

Search finds the article.

When trying to open the article, Record not found. (form&table=kb_knowledge&sys_id=undefined)

What is the reason for this and how could the situation be corrected?

Okay, may be if you disable AI search , and then check or else log a Now Supprt case, as AI search is new.

Hi @Turtles64 ,

 

Once do the re-indexing for ai search source for knowledge articles record. Navigate AI Seach-> AI Search Index-> Indexed search sources.

 

Knowledge Table
Knowledge [kb_knowledge]

Verify the same existed in Search results action module, for ec_navigation action named record.

I have full rights to all the articles on the portal and the same problem with all the articles. The articles are opened directly from topic or kb, but not through search.
