How to set in widget options schema to display the table name?like:(incident[incident])

Figure 1 (table) is the result I set now. I want to make the style result in Figure 2. Please help me, thank you

I'm not sure why you would want this as it would not be displayed that way in the portal.

Hello There.

through widget option schema its not possible to achieve. but there is another way to achieve it.

Open the widget form .

In the widget form there is a field called Data Table in the Bottom. there select Instance of simple list as table. and in below to that you have a field called Field from the list add the Value Table  the right side and save it . then you will have that table option as you required. Please refer the below screenshot.
