In Recurring Change Request CHG is created but without Change Task

Hi All

 

I am trying to find what can cause that when CHG is created from Recurring Change Request then CHG is created but without CHange Task despite of that Change Task is available in the assigned template.

I've checked the template but looks fine, I've chekced available for but also looks fine, I checked also BR responsible for creation of change task and also script include but I cannot see anything

Any idea what can be an issue?

Are you using the ‘Copy Change’ option, or how are you creating the new changes?

You will have to share more information. We do not have access to your instance, so your 'it looks fine' and 'I cannot see anything' are things we need to assume as correct. 

Is all code OOB or do you have any customization on it?
