In ServiceNow, I have a space management application with Nuvolo. I can navigate to the page portal page when I click Launch Space Editor. Whenever I click each space, the screen freezes. Would someone be able to assist me with this issue? Here are s

I never worked with Nuvolo, but it's my understanding they deliver an application that runs on the ServiceNow platform. Since your issue could be related to a lot of things (app version vs SN version, access issues, etc.), reaching out to Nuvolo may be a faster path to resolution. They own the app and should be able to tell you about any known issues or possible solutions.

Thanks Mark for letting me know, the issue was a known issue and I was able to resolve the problem with a patch they provided.
