Hi,
We have been facing an issue in Agent Workspace under Agent Assist, wherein when we impersonate an agent and try to attach an article to the respective ticket, the search configuration options are not visible and it only shows "Loading actions.. please wait..".
Please refer to the screenshot below:

Please help to resolve this issue.

Go to 'Table Configuration' , open your entry and under related list below must be blank hence you are seeing this, Please deactivate that reconfigure again by reading my article once.

Hello,
Is this happening to just one user ? if yes can you please turn on ACL debugger and see if ACL is causing this ?

Hi,
I checked it but in our case the related list is not blank and shows all the 4 options as shown in SS attached by you. Is there any other way we can resolve this issue or should we create new create new table configurations for respective tables?
