Incident Impact and Urgency

Hi All,

 

Should I modify the labels for Impact and Urgency within the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) settings, or should I create new ones?

What about the incidents created with p5 priority.. if I deactivate this value what will happen to the existing incidents

There will be no impact if all the P5 tickets are closed. You won't be able to create new P5 tickets.

Hi @Sandhya23,

 

It will not impact. It is same like if you any incident and it is assigned to any user and the user leaves the company then we inactive the user but you can see in incident as inactive user in Assigned to field. Same for this but you will not able to create the new P5 inc like you cannot assign the inactive user.
