Instance Admin password change

in our instance we use LDAP to authenticate users. 

We made changes to our network, and need to change where our instance authenticates to.

 

Unfortunately no one seems to have a local account or recall their accounts. Much less the instance admin account.

Using what I assume is a clone instance,  I saw some accounts and thought maybe they were the same in the problem instance, but no emails to the associated accounts were sent. (checked junk, and mail trace).

 

How do I go about resetting the instance admin account.

 

Reading online, I thought there was a something in service catalog, but support told me I was wrong, and closed out the case,

 

So is there a way to get this done?
