It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?

Unfortunately, PDI comes without any support from SN, which means, no one here can get back your instance back if its reclaim. But if you getting error like unavailable, wait for some time and you may get back the instance else release that instacne and take a new one.

Sorry to hear that!
Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. As you probably already know, there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
