Instance PDI: Service Interruption - This instance is unavailable

When I connect to instance PDI, it display notification: 'Service Interruption - This instance is unavailable'

The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes. 

I has waiting about 4 hours, but Instance not running.

what can i do please ?

Hi @Nguyen Dai ,

You can't do anything - in general when there is a service interruption to a PDI, the only thing you can do is wait. If the PDI doesn't become available again, then you need to release your instance a request a new one. Please bear in mind, that restoration is not possible, hence custom worked that is not saved to a GIT is loosed.
