Hello all. I haven't worked with ServiceNow in years. I'm not sure where to ask this question. Our SNOW team is implementing interactions. So, instead of us doing a screen pop to create a new incident record using incident.do, the team wants us to create a new interaction. They sent us this url
https://XXXX.service-now.com/now/workspace/agent/new record/interaction to use instead of the "incident.do?". It doesn't seem to work.

Is this the correct format and how do add the interaction fields to this URL?
