Hi,
The enable multifactor authentication to my profile is set to as false. Still I frequently get a pop up for MFA which we do not want. We have OKTA through which we authenticate to ServiceNow. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

HI
In case you think I was able to answer your question, I would be happy if you mark the appropriate response as "correct" so that the question will appear as resolved for other users who may have a similar question in the future.
If not, please tell me what you are still missing.
Many thanks & kind regards
Maik

Hi @Imran Shad
This was due to PRB1371448. This PRB was fixed during the SD release. Disabling multi-factor authentication for the whole instance is not the right security practice.
An alternative workaround is that the user can complete the authenticator app setup once, the setup page will never reappear again after SSO login.
Thanks,
Randheer
