Language toggle is not displaying in Next Experience UI User preference

I need a help.

Language toggle is not displaying for some users  in Next Experience UI Utah User preference.

Please let me know if anyone is aware of this.

ServiceNow had similar issue in past and they fixed it with patch upgrade.

So I suggest raising support case for this.
