Hi everyone, I’m currently learning Field Service Management (FSM) and I’m looking for a practical, end‑to‑end hands‑on project or guided exercise that covers the full lifecycle — from work order creation, dispatching, scheduling, mobile technician workflow, inventory, and closure.
Does anyone know if ServiceNow provides such a project, or if there are community‑created examples, demo data packs, or training labs that simulate a real‑world FSM scenario? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks! I’ve recently completed the standard courses, labs, and successfully earned my FSM Mainline Certification.
I’m now looking to bridge the gap between 'out-of-the-box' knowledge and real-world implementation. Does anyone have recommendations for intermediate/advanced content? I’m particularly interested in:
Advanced Scheduling (Dynamic Scheduling & Optimization)
Inventory/Parts Management (Stockrooms & Transfer Orders)
Mobile Configuration (Offline sync and custom Mobile UI)
Integration with CSM or Asset Management.
Any specific Whitepapers, K24/K25 sessions, or 'FSM Academy' episodes you’d recommend starting with?
