Merging Multiple PDFs for Attestation & E-Signature in HRSD using HR task,e-signature template

Hello Community,

 

I am working on an HR Service Delivery requirement where 5 separate PDF files needs  to be merged into a single PDF when an HR service is created. The merged document should then be assigned as a task to an employee for review, attestation, and e-signature.

 

My goal is to have a single task for the employee to complete the attestation and e-signature on the merged document, rather than creating 5 individual e-signature tasks for each PDF file.

 

Is this possible within ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery module? Additionally, any recommendations for this workflow would be greatly appreciated.

unfortunately you cannot merge multiple PDFs with HR Document templates or any other OOB feature.

You can use custom logic and solution for this which uses external library.
