Meta field in the Catalog item

Is there anyway to have the meta keywords impact the suggestion list in the service portal

For example Submit IT enhancement is the  catalog item name and demand is added in the meta field when we search with demand keyword in the portal it should show Submit It enhancement in the suggestion lits

yes whatever keywords you give in meta field portal will use that to search for catalog item
