Hoping someone can assist me in finding a simple solution to make a custom field which contains a url as Read only/non clickable on the RITM and Task.
This is catalog item related.
I have a custom field (Macro and Widget) that includes a url. Let's call it " I acknowledge that I have read the foll. KB (link)"
This is followed by a checkbox
When the user submits the form, I would like the RITM and TASK to display the " I acknowledge that I have read the foll. KB (link)" as read only with the link as non clickable.
I have tried the UI policy route. Unfortunately, the KB link is still clickable on the RITM and TASK.
