Hello All,
I have an order guide called IT user account form, in that we have 3 rule base.
So once we submit the IT user account form 3 RITMs gets created with 3 catalog tasks each.
1. Account administration
2. Hardware request
3. Onboarding customer review.
Now the requirement is Onboarding customer review Task to be generated upon closure of the Hardware request task and
Onboarding customer review task to be assigned to the same technician that closes the Hardware request task.
Please guide me how to write logic for this.
