Report to identify the number of incidents reassigned out of a particular Workgroup

Hello,

I am wanting to find a way to report on incidents that were reassigned out of a teams workgroups. I have been able to obtain reports for the number of reassignments for an Incident, but nothing to show how many were reassigned by my teams.

 

Any assistance/guidance would be appreciated.

You can use the metrics to capture this.

 

1. Metric - to see incident assigned to your team.

2- For reassisgnment .( Not sure but give a try)

If anyone has ideas, sample report builder, or if this can even be done in ServiceNow? Issues with mis-assigned tickets and needing to provide data so we can best correct these issues.
