Good day, I’d like to ask a question about licensing.

If the instance has ITSM Pro with Platform Analytics Advanced included, and I can see the “inactive” Performance Analytics andPremium for Service Managementplugin listed under subscriptions:

I found two plugins in the Store with the same name, but it says there is an additional fee. Are this two linked? Is it covered by ITSM Management Pro licence? Will it be an exra fee if I install them from this page?

Whenever it’s about licensing, cost, or Pro packages, it’s better to speak to your ServiceNow account manager. He or she can guide you better on what’s included and what requires an additional cost.
