Unable to create functionality "Favorite" as an option in search action configuration

We have agent assist with knowledge articles as per OOB each knowledge articles having 4 options "Attach", "Helpfull", "Flag" and "Full view" dropdown I want to add additional function  called "Favorite" if I click the button it should make the article as favorite but where do I add those script and the table is restricted with "mait" role which is reserved for servicenow support team.

It is not possible to add favorite option to the dropdown, One alternate you can try with declarative action but I highly doubt if this is achievable.
