Hi all,
I am facing issue with SLA's. I have created an SLA on a custom table. I have given the flow as Default flow and the target table as custom table.
Target table: custom table created
flow: Default SLA flow
Duration: 3 days
Schedule source : SLA Definition
Schedule : 24/5(custom)
Timezone source: SLA definitions timezone
Given start condition if category = abc and active = true
stop: State is resolved,closed or cancelled
The SLA is getting triggered correctly based on the conditions but the Business elapsed time and Percentage are not changing. Once we open the form if it is 1 second even when we reload also its not changing. But if it is completed or paused then again its showing correctly but when it is in Progress when we open it its not changing. Can anyone help me with it

Hi, unfortunately your post does not clearly indicate your configuration. What are the results of your investigations?
Is the custom table extended from task?
Have you checked to confirm your SLA engine is running synchronously?
//docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/service-level-management/task/t_RunSLABusinessRule.html
Have changes been made to the OOB business rules that manage SLA refresh?
