Hi Team,

I have few queries on virtual Agent and it would be great if someone helps me to understand the same:

1. How we can change the OOB greeting message in Virtual Agent (VA)?

2.How we can remove the bot response tone to none?

3. How to call Rest message and its request body in VA?

4. Is there any reference/link available to understand how to design flows in VA?

3. How to call Rest message and its request body in VA? --> You can use the Scripts blocks to write REST CALLS.

Thanks for the response.

1. will follow and check 1st  question.

2. Regarding 2nd point, I meant how to remove the audio which has given when each time bot responded to user(connect_alert.mp3)

3. Regarding 3rd point, can you please elaborate and explain how to add rest message? since i'm new to VA.

4.I meant any reference document/ link available in servicenow docs or any video link to understand and implement on how to design the flow in VA?
