Restore deleted catalog item

Hello, I accidentely deleted a catalog item in DEV instance which I was working on for weeks. 

I already tried to restore it but unfortunately did not manage to do it yet. 

I hope you can help me and give me an instruction how to restore the deleted catalog item.

Hi @Patrycja7 ,

Navigate to deleted records from the left navigator

You'll see two records related to the catalog item which you deleted

Open both the records and click on the UI action "Undelete record"

Thank you! I was able to reactivate the catalog item. Unfortunately, it is empty and all variables are missing. Do you know how to solve it?

Hello @Patrycja7 ,

I hope you have captured all you Cat item Work in update set , if so go to your update Set and under the Action remove "Action = deleted" ,(delete those captures from updateset) now complete the update set and download to XML 

Now use retrieve update sets and reload the work in DEV Instance, can you please try this?

After you have undeleted the record , try All>All Variables and in the list of variables if you see the once you lost then open it and associate the catalog and/or Variable set that it belongs to.
