We don't currently have aliases on our services, but we've talked about adding them. One of the reasons we don't have them currently is because the display on catalog items is clunky. Is it possible to hide them on a field but still reference them?
That is, looking at this picture of a catalog item asking 'Which service does this relate to', can we hide the alias column but still have the customer type in 'paul' and get ServiceNow Platform Administration since paul is an alias of it?
