service catalog flow is not triggering

i have created a flow and attached to one of my catalog item.
the flow is activated and attached to the item but when i order the item flow is not triggering 


@Ankur Bawiskar Can you help here?

is the REQ still in pending state or it's auto approved?

Unless REQ is approved the RITM flow won't trigger.

Now after i have updated the business rule flow is triggering but after the approval action it's still not evaluating true i have provided you the screenshot.
