Service Catalog shows up Empty on Service Portal

While accessing catalogue on portal, we are not able to see the catalogue item. The URL shown is correct but the page does not show the catalogue item. The page shows up as empty when we click on catalog. The URL is also correct, it shows the right sys_id of the catalog. 

Also, as per the screenshot, the breadcrumbs is wrong for all service catalogues. I tried to set the breadcrumb for an individual catalog by hardcoding but it still shows up as empty.

Hi, i was able to do this by creating ACLs on sc_cart table.

open that widget in page designer and check its option schema. check the page selected
