HI All,

Just a question out of curiosity i know most   of us are working for MNC's around the world so i'm just looking out for some popular names of companies which uses ServiceNow as their ITSM tool.

May be you can share the names of the companies you know not necessarily you are working for that firm / MNC.

I basically wanted to know how ServiceNow is so successful and how the clients agreed upon transition from their legacy tool to ServiceNOw because i never had a chance to work in any other tool so waiting to hear from   experts the success stories.

In addition to the reference Pradeep has provided, it is worth looking at the Champions site. It has some testimonials but generally great resources for introducing and implementing ServiceNow across an enterprise.
