Hi All
Another Silly question from me. I am cleaning up the S-Now installation for my new company and as I am also new to working in the admin side of S-Now, I want to delete redundant SLA's but want to make sure that it isn't going to impact anything else by just doing a simple delete.
The next step will be to rationalise the Services that are set up against those SLA's which I assume would still be accessible once I have deleted the SLA's?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Sam,
The SLA definitions can simply be deactivated (uncheck the active flag.) If you want to delete SLAs that have been already instantiated and run, then you simply delete records from task_sla. This is a separate table from the business services, tasks, or anything else that the SLAs track. There is no impact to these items.
Good luck!

HI Sam,
Handy reference information if you don't already have it.

Don't forget to mark the comments helpful. When you've had a chance to verify things, mark it correct. That way others can benefit from this discussion.
Thanks.
