Set Service Portal Login to default to External Login

As we use multiple SSO sources, we want to login widget on the SP landing page to default to External login rather than local login. How do I set what is default in that login widget?

Hi Shembop,

You can override the default login page using two approach.

1. Updating the login page field under Content Management -> Configuration Page.

2. Creating a new UI Page with name as welcome.html and include the widget you want on this page.

I'm not looking to change the page. What I want to do, is in the login widget, I want it to show the External Login by default, and then change to local login if I click the link.

Hi Shembop,

Edit the glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp property and set the value to the sys_id of which IDP you want to use.

I did this before:

then search for glide.authenticate.sso.saml2.idp if you are using ADFS or any saml authentication provider

set the type string and the value

http://idp.ssocircle.com/

add SAML2 idp category

with the following properties:
