Set specific columns Globally in List view

I am very new to servicenow. Please help me

Is it possible to set specific fields in list view globally for all the users? for e.g. I want  only specific fields in certain order for  Network gear in list view, so any users see same number of fields in this order. Later they may change if they wish to, but this will be default view

So you just want to change the default layout? Right click on the list header and choose configure, list layout. It will set the default (won't work for someone that already set their own list, by the way). Only for people opening the list on the default (non-personalized) view.
