SLA Stop condition when work note changes or new work note is added?

I am trying to get the stop condition on one of my SLAs to be triggered when someone adds a comment on the Work Notes and/or the Additional Comments. Is this at all possible?

I don't have the option to add "work notes" or "additional comments" on any condition, I cannot find either of these options in the drop down menu.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hello,

It's not possible to add Work notes or Additional comments condition, only thing you can add is 'Work notes list' which will point to user table, see if that works or else not possible.

So there is no straight way to handle this, below are few workarounds you cango ahead with:

WHERIS 'Additional Comment' value? (Setting up the SLA Response - Close Condition).

Stop SLA when additional comment entered
