Some optons aren't visible under Field Service

Hi,

 

I'm going through the Field Service Management modules and learning materials. There are certain modules which are available under nowlearning courses, however aren't visible in the actual environment like PDI or the lab instance. For example 'Territory Planning Console', 'Workforce' under CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, other FSM modules underCSM/FSM Configurable Workspace etc.

 

Please advise if anything is missing.

As admin, open the Plugins module and search there for missing functionality.

Hi @ShiladityaD 

The reason can be Plugins are not installed, you need to check and install the required plugins. Go through ServiceNow documentation and check whether those plugins are free and available for PDIs

 

For example:

1)Territory Planning Console': com.snc.fsm_territory_planning , check and install this plugin:
