I need some information about ServiceNow:
It concerns the display of text for Special Handling Notes in the Classic UI in ServiceNow.
The Special Handling Notes are displayed in the record type case in the form (Classic UI) (Special Handling Notes List).
However, the text (message) is not displayed correctly.
The text contains formatting information (e.g., font size, style, color, etc.).
How can I configure the formatting information to not be displayed in the text?
