After upgrading to Orlando version today I am unable to import my update set from my Dev or QA environment to PROD. I receive the following message:
Unable to connect to remote instance java.lang.NullPointerException
Confirm URL is correct and confirm IP Address Access Control on remote instance allows to this IP address
Mid Server is connected and running, I don't understand where to look.

The issue was with a NODE, I reach out to ServiceNow and they restarted the NODE.

Hi Edxavier,
Can you check the Ip address from which you are trying to access the instance is added in the allowed section of the the target instance.
You instance is IP restricted instance so you cannot access the instance outside the network.
If your ip address is not present in there then you have to add your ip address there:
Navigate to IP Address Access Control and add the IP address.
Create new : Add the IP address range and allow the acess
