Unable to Resolve Problem record

Hi, 

 

Using Washington DC and all of a sudden colleagues are unable to Resolve Problem records. Those we've tested with have both the SYS-PROBLEM-CHAMPION and SYS-RESOLVER roles, which have previously been enough for people to manage the lifecycle of problems. 

 

Is there another role required or has this issue popped up for anyone else? Any assistance welcome.

Did you upgrade recently? also, are these custom roles? Also check is any latest changes are done on UI action / acl level. As we don't hv many insights about your instance , you need to check these pointers or else log a Now Support case.
