Uploading a file on sys_attachment on Service-Now

Hi All:

Please if you can help me I need to upload a file on sys_attachment table on Service-Now so that

I can add on Requests form for the end users to download it. How can I do that if you can please help me.

Create a KB article and attach your Document in it.

In you catalog description, add link for that KB article like below.

Click "here(use insert/edit link)" to download attachment.

I need to upload the file on sys_attachment so that I can add it on request form for the end users to download it. So how can I do that and make it available for end users.
