Hello,
I've just started to the elearning so to learn about ServiceNow. The trainging suggested that I create a PDI free account (Personal Developer Instance) and do some practical tests. I have just cretaed my PDI account, and when I connect, I see the the interface that I've attached below. However I need to access the native UI to have the "All" section and hence use functions such as creating an incident. Could you please tell me how can I access that ?

From your screenshot, it looks like you are still on the ServiceNow Developer Portal and your PDI has not been requested yet. I can see the Request Instance option in the top right.

Click Request Instance first and follow the steps to request your free PDI. Once the instance has been provisioned, you should get an option to open the instance. Open it and log in as admin if prompted.

Once you are inside the actual ServiceNow instance, you should see All in the navigation. From there you can search for Incident and open the Incidents module to start working through the exercises.

If this helps, can you mark it as the solution or helpful?

You need to request it from PDI first, mate.
